PREMA Semiconductor is exhibiting at the Munich fairgrounds at this
year's electronica from 09 to 12 November 2004. Our location
is Hall A4, Booth 406. The German semiconductor manufacturer
PREMA GmbH is offering in-house production of analog and
mixed-signal ASICs for medium and high quantities.
The ModuS U6 process enables to realize ICs with supply voltages
from 0.9 V up to 120 V for various applications. PREMA ASICs are
produced in high volumes for control circuits in mobile phones. In
household appliances customized ICs control the charging of
batteries. In motion detectors for building surveillance ASICs
produced by PREMA evaluate the infrared sensor signal.
A comprehensive library of circuit examples is offered for the
development and design of ICs. One example for such a cell is the
120 V linear regulator with a quiescent current of only 50 ľA and
an output voltage of 5 V with a line regulation of better than 1%.
Also a step-up converter is offered with a supply voltage of less
than 0.9 V. This is useful for example for white LEDs that can be
sourced from only one battery cell. Experienced and skilled analog
designers develop ASICs according to a customer´s requirements
specification.
PREMA also supports design houses in developing their own customer
projects.
PREMA´s application team looks forward to meeting interested
customers at the booth to discuss ASIC projects during this year's
electronica. For further information please visit www.prema.com.
