Jobs & Careers

The components library contains a variety of tested analog and digital complex circuits as well as basic components as complete cells for the designer. So a rapid design is possible.

  Brochure
The universal mixed-mode Smart-BCD technology provides valuable basic cells like:

NPN and PNP standard transistors, NPN-HV and PNP-HV high voltage transistors, and NPN-VHV and PNP-VHV very high voltage transistors with a breakdown voltage of  VCEO up to 135V.

CMOS transistors (NMOS and PMOS)
Junction field effect transistors (JFETs) with a breakdown voltage of 35 Volts and threshold voltages between 600 and 1000 mV.
Current sources made of JFETs that make analog circuit design considerably easier.
Super beta transistors with current gain of 500 or more.
Schottky transistors and diodes).
Constant current logic (CCL) with power dissipation below 1 µW/Gate/MHz.
Photo diodes with high sensitivity in the infrared or in the visible wavelength range for Micro Systems Technology (MST, MOEMS).
Photo transistors with maximum sensitivity in the visible range.
Hall elements for sensors in magnetic Micro Systems Technology (MST, MOEMS).
Selectable resistor values with various sheet resistances.
MIM capacitors with high sheet capacitances, junction and oxide capacitors.
Complex Components
The complex cell library comprises a multitude of complex cells, like the OP Amps, comparators, OTAs, DC-DC converters, bandgap voltage references,  80V linear regulator,  drivers, D/A converters, oscillators, interfaces, counters and flip flops, and more.

Other helpful circuits are constantly being added to the library of complex components.
